Is my appointment confirmed when I submit the form?
We confirm appointments after a quick availability review. We will reply by email or phone to confirm your selected time or offer the closest alternatives.
How quickly will I hear back?
We strive to confirm every appointment request within one hour. During periods of peak demand, please allow 12–24 hours to receive your confirmation.
Which services are available at each studio?
Some services are location-specific. Luminous Photo-Brightening Therapy is currently offered at Costa Mesa, while Irvine offers RF Body Sculpting, AI Skin Scan, and Full Body Infrared. Choose a studio in the booking form to see its current live menu.
Do you publish membership pricing?
Skin Lab membership is arranged through a consultation so the cadence and protocol match your skin. Ask about membership and we will walk you through the options.
Can I request a specific time?
Yes. Choose an available start time on the booking request form. We will confirm that slot or suggest the nearest opening if your request needs to change.
